Our chefs can provide personalised services for breakfast/brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Our chef-at-home experience starts at $250KYD for a minimum party of three.

  • The cost of the food is not included. Any additional guest is $50KYD each .
  • A deposit of 50% is requested upon booking.


Blue Menu
  • Chilled strawberry gazpacho
  • Mini vegetarian rice paper rolls and yellow hot pepper mayonnaise
  • Selection of local mixed greens, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrots, golden roots, and guava vinaigrette
  • Fresh catch of the day (Snapper, Mahi-Mahi or Grouper) with lobster and shrimp sauce, rosemary and black garlic potatoes, Brussels sprouts
  • Pineapple tart with paprika chocolate ganache
Orange Menu
  • Conch fritters with mild spicy aioli
  • Shrimps cocktail
  • Roasted pumpkin soup with coconut milk and kale
  • Duo of jerk chicken and pork, rice and beans, fried plantains, seasonal vegetables, cilantro coleslaw
  • Chef Carlos’ sticky toffee with star fruit and dates confit, vanilla and candied walnut ice cream
Silver Menu
  • Beef tataki with flowers confiture
  • Mini Nikkei style tuna ceviche
  • Mushroom Duxelle Crostini
  • Grilled papaya with avocado salad, local mix of greens, kumato, wakame, edamame and white balsamic with coconut dressing
  • Classic filet mignon or wild salmon with champagne veloute, saffron rice and trio of local and organic vegetables
  • Mango trilogy (stuffed mango, pastry cream, dried passion fruit seeds, ice cream)
Gold Menu
  • Mousse of guacamole and lobster, green apple and micro flowers
  • Duck wonton and raspberry coulis.
  • Mini crab cakes
  • Peruvian-style fresh ceviche
  • Tuna with chimichurri sauce, potato au gratin, grilled asparagus and white truffle or New Zealand lamb carre with portobello mushrooms polenta, caramelized pearl onions and vegetables flambé.
  • Apple crumble with vanilla ice cream
Platinum Menu
  • Dragon, Boston, California and Tempura maki rolls
  • Tuna, salmon, Hamachi, Snapper Sashimi
  • Lobster bonbons and Peruvian / Mexican green sauce and togarashi.
  • Salad with quinoa, mango, tomato, cranberry, pecans, feta cheese and passion fruit vinaigrette
  • Venison loin with Port Wine Demi, scalloped potatoes, creamy baby spinach and kale or Sea bass en papillote and mini baby vegetables
  • Chocolate with five textures
  • Risottos, Spanish paellas, Shrimp Ceviche ( Chef Carlos Specialties).
